Humanbased Brand Guidelines

Naming

"Humanbased" is a single word, always spelled with a capital "H" — no hyphen, no space. It is the brand name of both our company and our product (not "Humanbased app"). When referring to dedicated releases or initiatives from Humanbased, please capitalize them as proper nouns (e.g. "Humanbased Protocol").

Humanbased wordmark

The Humanbased wordmark is our primary brand expression and should be used whenever space allows. For most applications, the monochrome version on the brand colors below is preferred.

Humanbased logomark & lettermark

For compact layouts, use the logomark on its own; when the symbol isn't needed, the lettermark carries the name in type alone. Keep both monochrome, and reach for the full wordmark whenever space allows.

Colors

Designed to sit comfortably on both light and dark backgrounds, Humanbased's palette is built around a quiet, desaturated neutral system. The light and dark accents below are preferred for monochrome wordmark usage, while the brand color is typically reserved for backgrounds and large surfaces.

Usage

Give Humanbased assets room to breathe. Whether displayed large or small, they should never feel cramped, distorted, or crowded by surrounding elements.

Clearspace

Minimum 1x, measured from the height of the symbol. Prefer 1.5x in hero and partner layouts.

Wordmark minimum

Digital: 120 px wide. Print: 28 mm wide. Never compress the wordmark to fit a slot.

Mark minimum

Digital: 24 px. App and social usage should be 48 px or larger for recognition.

Do not recolor

Avoid arbitrary accents, gradients, and decorative treatments.

Do not distort

Never stretch, squeeze, rotate, skew, or redraw the mark.

Do not combine

Do not merge Humanbased with partner marks or unrelated graphics.

Typography

Inter is the Humanbased interface typeface. Use it for headings, body text, labels, and identifiers. Logo artwork uses outlined Inter Display; always use the supplied files.

Clear by design. Human by nature.

Our interface symbols name what an action means, so the same idea stays recognizable across products. A 24-unit grid, rounded caps and joins, and three weights: light (1.25), regular (1.5), and semibold (1.9). Use regular by default. Motion follows meaning and respects reduced-motion preferences.

Lucide drawings use its ISC license. Original glyphs have no published MIT grant; rights for a future public repository are pending confirmation. Social marks belong to their respective platforms. Download notices · Lucide ISC
